The cleanliness is also something to note because the staff works extra hard to keep the building clean and above the health standards. Not only is the food good, but they also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Some examples are sweet teas, agus frescas, bottled beverages, and fountain drinks. Finally, they have many different ways to order. One way is to order online; they can make your food, and by the time you arrive, it is ready to be picked up. They also have a clear screen between you and where they make your food, so you can watch them prepare your food and, if needed, tell them your special food preferences directly.
I really enjoyed the ambience of the building; it gave me good vibes, and it smelled delicious. They were also really nice and offered free refills on any drink and stuffed my burrito to the top. Fast food doesn’t get as good quality as this. Chipotle, for me, is one of my favorite places to eat. I also really enjoy how Chipotle makes my food right in front of me because I’m able to tell them my specific instructions while making sure they don’t miss anything. They are also very cooperative and make me feel important while ordering my bowl.
The one thing that I do not like about Chipotle is its prices. Fast food is meant to be cheap and affordable, and while Chipotle’s quality is off the charts, its prices are also super high. The price of a bowl is about $13.00, not including add-ons, and a burrito is about $15, not including add-ons. Regarding the prices, though, I think that it is very worth it if you are looking for quality fast food. Another critique I have is that they don’t have a drive-thru. Usually, fast food places have a drive-thru so people can stay in their car while ordering. Chipotle is still pretty quick, but it would be more convenient if I were able to grab my food without exiting my car.
Going to Chipotle was an overall amazing experience, and I’m going to go a lot more. If you enjoy good-quality Mexican food and don’t enjoy long waits, Chipotle is a good option for you. But, if you are looking for really cheap fast food or you have social anxiety and don’t want to leave your car, Chipotle might not be the best option for you at the time.
