CAVA, the famous fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has arrived in Valencia, Santa Clarita, making the community happy. The restaurant was set to be built by the end of 2025, with no official release date for its opening.
Whatsupscv posted on Instagram about how this new CAVA would be opening at the former Rubio’s. So, now Santa Clarita will have one less Mexican cuisine spot to eat at. Whatsupscv also posted when Rubio’s was permanently closed on Friday, June 2nd, 2024. The replies under this post were mixed, with some people happy and some disappointed.
Before people found out about this specific CAVA opening, they would drive 30 minutes or more to the closest CAVA. Watduhphosam on Instagram says, “Yaay! I don’t have to drive to Porter Ranch or Rancho Cucamonga for one!” CAVA is a popular place for adults to go get food during their lunch breaks at work. A lunch break is usually 1 hour or less, driving 30 minutes and back can be inconvenient for people.
