As soon as you enter the doors, one of their kind staff members greets you and asks you if you want to see the menu or get a table. The wait time, depending on the time and day, can be anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. Once you are seated, your waiter brings over a big basket of garlic rolls. After you order, they bring you your drink, and after a little waiting, your food is ready. When you are done eating, you pay the bill and leave satisfied with your meal.
I love eating here because of the service. They were consistently making sure the food was good, and they were all very polite and kind. They brought out the food when it was fresh out of the oven and not cold from sitting on the counter for too long. The food was also amazing; it was fresh, warm, and delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked, topped with the best melted cheese, and the fries were nice and crispy. It is also family-friendly, so you can bring little kids in and still have a good time.
However, the one thing I dislike about it is the atmosphere; it can be pretty crowded and busy, which makes it hard to hear and talk to others. It is annoying but not harmful in the long run.
