The worst part is that the employees sometimes don’t warn or ask you if you want caffeine in your drink, and they put too much ice in it. When you order, I would ask for light ice or no ice. If you want something additional, it will be very costly. For example, if you get a latte and you want to add cold foam, they will charge you almost $2.00 extra. The drinks, especially the seasonal ones, are pricy. The seasonal ones can be $6.50 to $8.00, especially for add-ons, like cold foam.
