Skincare

Skincare is the care of the appearance and condition of your skin. First step you need to know is what your skin type is. There’s oily, normal, combo, and dry skin. If you want to know what skin type you have, use a cleanser and wash your face thoroughly then wait for about 1 hour.

Feel how your skin feels, if it feels normal, you have normal skin, if it feels dry then you have dry skin, if it feels oily you have oily skin, and if it feels oily and dry in some places on your skin, you have combo skin. Every skincare product is made for different skin types.

You have to know how to layer your skin in order for your skincare to . In the morning start off with a gentle cleanser, then use a toner that is hydrating, after that use a serum, then follow up with a moisturizer that hydrates your skin, after that use a sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.

it is recommended to use a spf of more than 40. A spf is a sun protection factor that measures how much it protects you from getting sun damage (sunburn). Annalise Ybarra states that she recommends the hero pimple patches. The hero pimple patches contain niacinamide and salicylic acid.

Salicylic acid helps minimize pores, helps acne, exfoliates dead skin, helps fight inflation, and more. Don’t use salicylic acid as an everyday product due to the fact it can irritate and dry your skin, I personally recommend using it once or twice per week. Cara Legaspi recommends Paula’s choice exfoliator that contains salicylic acid use x2 per week.

Niacinamide improves uneven skin tone, softens wrinkles and fine lines, and strengthens your skin barrier. Annalise recommends the watermelon glow niacinamide dew drops by glow recipe. Hyaluronic acid is proven to help skin stretch and reduce wrinkles and fine lines.

Hyaluronic acid is known to help wounds heal faster and reduce scarring. Olga Oropeza recommends the B-Hydra™ Intensive Hydration Serum with Hyaluronic Acid by drunk elephant.
