Fall is known as the calmest season of all. With the light breeze of the wind and the very colorful leaves that fall from the trees. Well, not at Disney. Fall at Disneyland is about having fun and enjoying the season while it lasts. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are both located here in Anaheim, California. These two parks really give Disney fans the best time of their life while visiting. The parks will be decorated from September 2nd to October 31st. Giving people just enough time to appreciate the season. Tickets are around $134 for guests 3 years old and up. Yes, it may be expensive but definitely worth the cost.
During this season there are many different things to do. They have amazing rides that are all decorated for the season. For example, The Haunted Mansion is one of Disney’s most-known rides during the Halloween season. The haunted mansion is themed after the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” Even though it has Christmas in the name of this movie it is also considered a Halloween movie because of how spooky it is. Other rides include fun activities like the Oogie Boogie party at California Adventure, which makes them special for the holiday. The Oogie Boogie party is a party that is themed based on a character from The Nightmare Before Christmas named Oogie Boogie who is a ghost. At this party people get to trick or treat, everyone gets to dress up in their costumes (even if it’s not Disney-related), and the park closes early. This means that everyone who attends
the Oogie Boogie party gets the whole park to themselves. These events sound like they are a lot of fun and will really make people excited for the Halloween spirit.
Is all of this really worth the cost of more than $134 dollars? Well, let’s see what Rio thinks about it. A 7th grader here at Rio, Hailey Calzada says “I prefer Disneyland during fall because fall is my favorite season and I like to spend it at Disney. I certainly think it is worth the price because you get 
to enjoy the fun rides and the amazing experience.” Disneyland is truly an amazing place that many people would enjoy during any time of the year. Another student here at Rio, 8th grader Maya Smith says “ I have been to Disneyland in the fall. I loved it, the weather was perfect and everything was decorated very creatively and festive. Disneyland brings so much joy to so many people at such a high price it is worth every penny. With top-of-the-line rides and experiences for all ages, Disneyland is a wonderful place! There’s no other price to happiness and it is so worth the cost.” Many people love Disney but even if you aren’t a Disney fan I think that you would like it.
Overall Fall is one of the most enjoyable seasons to celebrate at Disneyland. Whether your favorite part is the rides, the food, or the merchandise. Many think that it is overpriced. If you go to Disneyland or any Disney park throughout the world you will understand why. If you love the fall season at Disneyland then you will certainly like Disneyland during Christmas.
