Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is coming to the theaters soon. This highly anticipated movie is releasing on June 30th and is going to hit the box office strong. There has been four Indiana Jones movies, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, 19 years later they came out with a new movie Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal  Skull. 

This movie is going to be a lot different than others. The previous director was the famous Steven Speilberg; however, now the director James Mangold has taken over Steven Speilberg after he stepped down. Lots of delays because of screenwriting issues, Harrison Ford’s Shoulder injury caused Steven to step down and focus on his other film Fablemans. James Mangold has directed several common movies such as, Ford Vs Ferrari, Logan and Wolverine. These movies don’t compare to the movies Steven Speilberg has directed; Jaws, The Indiana Jones Series (not including Dial of Destiny), E.T, Jurassic Park and Jurassic World series. Harrison Ford is getting old (79 years old) he’s still the main character, however his age will really affect how he acts. 

The Dial of Destiny movie has a higher budget then all the previous movies, ($300 million USD). Raiders of the Lost Ark ($20 million USD), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom ($28 million USD), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade ($48 million USD), Indiana Jomes and the Kingdom of the Cyrstal Skull ($185 million USD). All of these movies combined is $281 million, which is 19 million dollars less than the new movie Dial of Destiny. 

According to Mrs Bonilla, “Harrison Ford is old but it would be weird to have anyone else take the role.” Mr Ippolito says, “I am very much looking forward to the new Indiana Jones film… I loved the first three films; Crystal Skull (the 4th film) was a bummer. I didn’t care for that one. I’m hoping that this fifth film (Dial of Destiny) will be awesome!!” When asked about Harrison Fords age he responded with, “ At this time, I think he’s OK because his character is supposed to be older.”
