There are lots of different Jedi on the light side of the force. These Jedi dates back hundreds of years. Star Wars takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, but still has lots of history and knowledge to understand about all the different Jedi in Star Wars and the mysteries of their magic. Do the Jedi leave fans with lots of unanswered questions like: How many Jedi are there? How many lightsaber kyber crystals are there? Who are the most important and powerful Jedi?

Before executing order 66, which was when Lord Sidious made the clone army to destroy the Jedi, there were more than 10,000 Jedi protecting the galaxy. All of these Jedi one by one went through years and years of training as padawans. Padawans train for about seven years before they become Jedi, but for them to become Jedi, their masters have to approve them to become Jedi and approve them to train more padawans.

A Jedi is always known to carry their weapon. This weapon is called a lightsaber and they range in 12 colors. These colors are blue, green, yellow, orange, white, black, red, purple, brown, magenta, hybrid, and cyan. These colors of lightsabers apply to different sides of the galaxy. As a Jedi, you can’t pick your lightsaber color because as a padawan learner, you are the one who makes the lightsaber and gets your lightsaber color. You have to go to a planet called Ilum with your master into the dark cave of kyber crystals. This is where you use the force to find a crystal that suits you as a Jedi. The dark side of the force mostly uses red lightsabers along with other colors and the Jedi mostly uses blue and green lightsabers.

The most important and powerful Jedi are Obi-Wan Kenobi who was seen in almost every single star wars movie and loved in the prequels played by Ewan McGregor in the prequels and Alec Guinness in the originals, Anikan Skywalker who is one of the most important people in all of Star Wars who mostly affects the story all the time in different ways and played by Hayden Christensen, and last but certainly not least, is Luke Skywalker also seen in almost every movie; effects the story and played by Mark Hamill.

Star Wars is loved by lots of people in our world and most fans love the characters in the movies. Jedi are a very important part of Star Wars and are also very cool.
