The CoronaVirus, also known as COVID-19, affected the NBA because they had to postpone their games. NBA news says that “The biggest postpone came on Tuesday,

when the 2020 summer Olympics were postponed due to the Pandemic.”The pandemic mostly affected Doug Shackelford.

 The pandemic made the NBA suspend their regular season they usually do every year and they suspended it on March 11. There is one game scheduled and it was on September 1st. Boston and Utah played each other.

Laker fan  Elliott Behar says that they should keep basketball going. If Covid stops basketball then the athletic people will be away from their family because they have to be quarantined.The basketball team won’t be very successful and they will lose their skill. They need to practice in order to be successful.

Did you use to go to basketball games? Now you can’t because we all have to follow the guidelines of staying 6 feet apart and wearing a mask. Hopefully we will be able to go to basketball games soon.
